About the RoleWe are hiring a hands-on ROS 2 engineer who has actually integrated software with real robots and has experience training models that run on hardware, not just in notebooks.This role is focused on:<ul><li>ROS 2</li><li>Real robot integration</li><li>Training and deploying models on physical systems</li></ul>If your experience stops at simulation or tutorials, this role is not a fit.Core Responsibilities<ul><li>Develop and maintain ROS 2 (Humble / Iron) nodes</li><li>Integrate ROS 2 with real robotic hardware</li><li>Interface ROS 2 with:</li><li>Motors, actuators, sensors</li><li>Cameras and perception pipelines</li><li>Train models (ML / control / policy) using real or real-derived data</li><li>Deploy trained models into live ROS 2 systems</li><li>Debug real-world issues:</li><li>Timing and latency</li><li>Sensor noise</li><li>Hardware inconsistencies</li><li>Own the full loop: train &rarr; deploy &rarr; test &rarr; fix</li></ul>Required Experience <ul><li>Strong hands-on experience with ROS 2</li><li>Experience working with real robots (mandatory)</li><li>Experience in model training relevant to robotics</li><li>Perception models</li><li>Control or learning-based models</li><li>Proficiency in Python</li><li>Comfortable working on Linux (Ubuntu)</li></ul>Good to Have <ul><li>Robotic arms or mobile robots</li><li>Camera-based perception</li><li>Jetson / edge deployment</li><li>Basic understanding of robot dynamics</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, Contractual / Temporary Contract length: 6 monthsPay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
