Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Print Production Supervisor to lead our print manufacturing operations. In this role, you will oversee the entire print production process, ensuring high-quality output, efficient workflow, and adherence to safety standards. Your expertise will drive the successful execution of print projects, from prepress to final delivery, while managing a team of skilled technicians. This position offers an exciting opportunity to influence the quality and timeliness of our printed materials and contribute to our reputation for excellence in print advertising and manufacturing.Responsibilities<ul><li>Supervise daily print production activities, including Latex, Solvent and UV Printing &amp; CNC machining.</li><li>Oversee quality control procedures to maintain consistent standards across all printed materials.</li><li>Manage workflow schedules to meet deadlines while optimizing resource utilization and minimizing waste.</li><li>Train and mentor team members on equipment operation, safety protocols, and best practices in graphic design and manufacturing processes.</li><li>Conduct routine maintenance checks on printing equipment.</li><li>Implement safety procedures and enforce compliance with industry regulations during all phases of production.</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Proven experience in print production management, including expertise in digital wide format press operation, CNC machining, and layout design.</li><li>Familiarity with prepress processes, typography principles, and print advertising standards.</li><li>Ability to troubleshoot technical issues related to printing equipment and graphic design workflows.</li><li>Experience with quality control measures within a manufacturing environment.</li><li>Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate a team and coordinate multiple projects simultaneously.
