Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Print Production Supervisor to lead our print manufacturing operations. In this role, you will oversee the entire print production process, ensuring high-quality output, efficient workflow, and adherence to safety standards. Your expertise will drive the successful execution of print projects, from prepress to final delivery, while managing a team of skilled technicians. Responsibilities
- Supervise daily print production activities, including Latex, Solvent and UV Printing & CNC machining.
- Oversee quality control procedures to maintain consistent standards across all printed materials.
- Manage workflow schedules to meet deadlines while optimizing resource utilization and minimizing waste.
- Train and mentor team members on equipment operation, safety protocols, and best practices in graphic design and manufacturing processes.
- Conduct routine maintenance checks on printing equipment.
- Implement safety procedures and enforce compliance with industry regulations during all phases of production.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in print production management, including expertise in digital wide format press operation, CNC machining, and layout design.
- Familiarity with prepress processes, typography principles, and print advertising standards.
- Ability to troubleshoot technical issues related to printing equipment and graphic design workflows.
- Experience with quality control measures within a manufacturing environment.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate a team and coordinate multiple projects simultaneously. Pay: $55,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
