After this period, you may continue with us or choose to move on.</li></ul>Responsibilities<ul><li>Architect, design, and develop scalable multi-tenant applications using the MERN stack.</li><li>Build PaaS-based systems with tenant isolation, authentication, and RBAC.</li><li>Integrate AI/ML features (LLMs, AI APIs, or ML pipelines) into applications.</li><li>Optimize for scalability, security, and performance.</li><li>Collaborate with product, AI, and DevOps teams.</li><li>Mentor junior developers and ensure coding best practices.</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>4+ years of experience with the MERN stack in production.</li><li>Strong knowledge of multi-tenancy architectures.</li><li>Proven experience with PaaS or SaaS platforms.</li><li>AI integration knowledge (OpenAI, LangChain, TensorFlow, etc.).</li><li>Expertise in REST APIs, GraphQL, microservices, and event-driven systems.</li><li>Familiarity with AWS, GCP, or Azure cloud environments.</li><li>Ability to work independently in a night-shift remote setup.</li></ul>Nice to Have<ul><li>Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD experience.</li><li>Real-time systems (Socket.io, WebSockets).</li><li>Serverless architecture knowledge.</li></ul>Perks &amp; Benefits<ul><li>Fully remote role.</li><li>Night shift aligned with international clients.</li><li>PKR 180,000/month fixed salary.</li><li>Work on AI-powered enterprise platforms.</li><li>Full-time employment with a minimum 5-month commitment.</li></ul>If you&rsquo;re ready to commit to a full-time, high-impact role and have the skills to build enterprise-grade AI PaaS platforms, we&rsquo;d love to hear from you.Job Type: Full-timePay: Up to Rs180,000.00 per monthApplication Question(s):<ul><li>This role is primarily remote, but it requires attending onsite meetings once or twice a month.
