UI/UX Designer (Full-Time, Remote)

Wattlesol LLC is looking for a skilled and creative UI/UX Designer to join our remote team on a full-time basis. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of user-centered design principles and hands-on experience designing modern web and mobile interfaces. You will work closely with developers, product managers, and stakeholders to deliver intuitive, visually appealing digital products for international clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Design user-friendly interfaces for web and mobile applications

Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs

Conduct usability analysis and improve existing designs

Collaborate with developers to ensure accurate design implementation

Maintain consistency with brand guidelines and design systems

Incorporate feedback and iterate designs efficiently

Stay up-to-date with UI/UX trends and best practices

Requirements:

Minimum 2 years of professional UI/UX design experience

Strong portfolio showcasing web and mobile projects

Proficiency in Figma (required)

Solid understanding of UX principles, usability, and interaction design

Ability to work independently in a remote environment

Strong communication and time-management skills

Nice to Have:

Experience with SaaS or dashboard designs

Basic understanding of frontend technologies (HTML/CSS)

Experience working with international or US-based clients
