This role is responsible for keeping the office running efficiently while supporting the CEO with administrative and operational tasks.Responsibilities&middot; Manage daily office operations and administrative functions&middot; Provide administrative support directly to the CEO&middot; Coordinate communication between management, office staff, and production&middot; Manage purchase orders, invoices, and company records&middot; Manage accounts payable/receivable and general bookkeeping with QuickBooks Enterprise&middot; Track schedules, internal reports, and operational documentation&middot; Maintain organized files, vendor records, and office systemsQualifications&middot; 5+ years experience in office management, executive assistant, or administrative roles&middot; Strong organizational and multitasking skills&middot; Ability to manage multiple priorities and keep systems running smoothly&middot; Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)&middot; Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities&middot; High attention to detail and accountability&middot; Manufacturing or industrial environment experience preferredWhy This Role MattersOur office manager plays a central role in keeping the company running smoothly.
