Job Description: Human Resources (HR) Manager &ndash; Talent Acquisition &amp; HR OperationsLocation: Vasai, IndiaEmployment Type: Full-time, On-siteExperience Level: 3&ndash;7 yearsAbout UsWe are a fast-growing company specializing in the design and manufacturing of custom deposition systems such as Pulse Laser Deposition (PLD) Systems, Sputtering Systems, and other advanced engineering equipment. We work end-to-end&mdash;from client requirement gathering, 3D designing (Creo), manufacturing, assembly, testing, and delivery.We are now looking for a dedicated HR professional to set up our HR function, with an immediate focus on hiring the right talent and later expanding into broader HR responsibilities as the company scales.Key Responsibilities1. Talent Acquisition &amp; Hiring (Primary Focus)<ul><li>Understand business requirements and work closely with leadership and technical teams to define hiring needs.</li><li>Design and execute recruitment strategies (job postings, portals, LinkedIn, campus hiring, referrals, agencies).</li><li>Create clear and compelling job descriptions for technical, managerial, and support roles.</li><li>Manage the end-to-end recruitment process: sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer management, and onboarding.</li></ul>2.
