Job Summary The co-Director of our Christian Tutoring &amp; Learning Center partners with the Director to provide leadership, vision, and operational oversight for a church-based educational program serving elementary through high school students, as well as lifelong learners. This role combines program development, staff and volunteer supervision, family engagement, and mission-driven leadership rooted in the values of the church.The co-Director shares responsibility for day-to-day operations while helping expand high quality academic support, enrichment, and lifelong learning opportunities in a welcoming, faith-centered environment. This role is initially a part time position with the potential of becoming a full-time position.Duties<ul><li>Lead the design and continuous improvement of curriculum tailored to various age groups and learning needs, incorporating best practices in early childhood education, special education, and adult learning.</li><li>Oversee the recruitment, training, and supervision of tutoring staff, ensuring high-quality instruction across all programs.</li><li>Manage the integration of learning technology tools to enhance teaching effectiveness and student engagement.</li><li>Coordinate scheduling for tutoring sessions, workshops, and classroom activities while maintaining a welcoming environment for children and adults alike.</li><li>Foster a collaborative team culture focused on professional growth, innovation in teaching methods, and exceptional learner support.</li></ul>Skills<ul><li>Expertise in curriculum development across all age groups, classroom management, and adult education environments.</li><li>Strong knowledge of learning technology platforms and digital tools for instruction and assessment.</li><li>Proven experience in tutoring, teaching diverse populations.</li><li>Excellent communication skills to effectively engage with students of all ages, parents, staff, and community partners.</li><li>Ability to manage classrooms effectively while creating an inclusive atmosphere conducive to learning.</li><li>Experience in lesson planning tailored to individual learner needs across different age groups.</li><li>Recruit, train, supervise and support tutors and teachers as well as volunteers.</li><li>Build strong relationships with students, parents, and teachers.</li><li>Address concerns or challenges with professionalism, care, and confidentiality.</li><li>Help create a safe, inclusive, and encouraging learning environment.</li><li>Support day to day operation of the learning center.</li><li>Assist with record keeping, reporting, and payroll.</li><li>Collaborate on budget planning, tuition fee structures, and fundraising</li><li>Serve as a liaison between church leadership and educational center.</li><li>Represent the learning center at church events and community outreach opportunities.</li><li>Support marketing and outreach efforts to grown enrollment and participation.</li><li>Familiarity Join us as a Co-Director of our Tutoring &amp; Learning Center to make a meaningful impact on learners&rsquo; lives!
