Excellence Engineering Consultant

Job Responsibilities:<ul><li>Prepare and review structural design drawings and calculations</li><li>Ensure compliance with UAE authority regulations (Ajman Municipality standards)</li><li>Work on design using software such as ETABS, SAFE, AutoCAD, or similar</li><li>Coordinate with architectural and MEP teams</li><li>Conduct regular site visits to monitor structural works and ensure execution as per approved drawings</li><li>Attend official inspections with municipality and other authorities</li><li>Address and resolve technical site issues and RFIs</li><li>Review contractor submissions and shop drawings</li><li>Ensure quality, safety, and structural integrity of all works</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Civil / Structural Engineering</li><li>Minimum 3&ndash;5 years UAE experience (preferred)</li><li>Strong knowledge of UAE building codes and municipality approval processes</li><li>Experience in villa and mid-rise projects</li><li>Ability to handle site coordination and authority inspections independently</li><li>Strong communication and reporting skills</li><li>Valid UAE driving license is an advantage</li></ul>How to Apply:Send your CV and project portfolio to: excellence.arch@gmail.com 0556182072Address: Masfout, Ajman.Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Contract, Fresher Contract length: 24 monthsPay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
