Structural Engineer

Job Responsibilities:

• Prepare and review structural design drawings and calculations
• Ensure compliance with UAE authority regulations (Ajman Municipality standards)
• Work on design using software such as ETABS, SAFE, AutoCAD, or similar
• Coordinate with architectural and MEP teams
• Conduct regular site visits to monitor structural works and ensure execution as per approved drawings
• Attend official inspections with municipality and other authorities
• Address and resolve technical site issues and RFIs
• Review contractor submissions and shop drawings
• Ensure quality, safety, and structural integrity of all works

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil / Structural Engineering
• Minimum 3–5 years UAE experience (preferred)
• Strong knowledge of UAE building codes and municipality approval processes
• Experience in villa and mid-rise projects
• Ability to handle site coordination and authority inspections independently
• Strong communication and reporting skills
• Valid UAE driving license is an advantage
