Civil Engineer (Architecture Engineering Background Preferred)

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Civil Engineer with a background in Architecture Engineering to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in the UAE construction market and a strong understanding of local regulations and site practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, design, and oversee construction and maintenance of building projects
• Review architectural drawings and ensure compliance with project specifications
• Coordinate with architects, contractors, and project managers
• Monitor site progress and ensure work is completed on time and within budget
• Ensure compliance with UAE building codes, safety standards, and regulations
• Prepare reports, technical documents, and project updates

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (mandatory)
• Background or knowledge in Architecture Engineering is an advantage
• Minimum 1–3 years of experience in the UAE construction market
• Arabic speaker (preferred)
• Strong knowledge of UAE construction regulations and procedures
• Good communication and teamwork skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in residential or commercial projects
• Must have valid Civil Engineer Degree
• Familiarity with engineering software (AutoCAD, etc.)
• Must have UAE driving license.

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,500.00 per month
