Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated and experienced Civil Site Engineer to join our construction team in Ajman. The candidate will be responsible for supervising site activities, ensuring quality work, and meeting project deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily construction activities on site
• Ensure work is carried out as per drawings and specifications
• Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers
• Monitor project progress and prepare reports
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and UAE standards
• Handle site issues and provide technical solutions

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering
• Minimum 2–3 years of UAE experience (villa projects preferred)
• Must have UAE Society of Engineers (SOE) Card
• Knowledge of AutoCAD and MS Office
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• UAE driving license (required for job)

Salary & Benefits:

• Salary: 3000 - 4,000 base on experience
• Visa + other benefits as per UAE law
