Work Schedule

• Full-time position
• 6 days per week (site-based schedule)
• On-site field work with engineering team supervision

Skills for This Role

• Basic civil engineering knowledge (construction processes)
• Site inspection support & reporting
• Ability to read construction drawings & plans
• Measurement & quantity estimation
• Knowledge of construction materials
• Use of MS Excel / basic reporting tools
• Site safety awareness (HSE basics)
• Communication & teamwork skills
• Problem-solving on active construction sites
• Documentation & progress tracking

Key Responsibilities

• Assist site engineers in daily construction activities
• Support site inspections and quality checks
• Monitor project progress and report updates
• Help interpret technical drawings and specifications
• Record measurements, materials usage, and site data
• Ensure compliance with safety procedures on-site
• Coordinate with contractors and site workers
• Prepare basic site reports and documentation
• Assist in resolving minor on-site technical issues
• Maintain organized project records and logs

• Fresh graduates or junior civil engineering professionals
• Candidates with 0–2 years of construction/site experience
• Willingness to work on active construction sites
• Strong willingness to learn and grow
