Job Type: Full-time (Duty timing 2PM to 10PM)

JOB ROLE: REQUIRED FOR US ( NYC) BASED PROJECTS PLANNING AND CONTRACTS MANAGMENT

Only those candidates will be shortlisted who have experience in Primavera-6 and Contracts Management

• Program Development: Create and maintain detailed project schedules (Master Plan, Macro Plan, and Micro Plan) using tools like Primavera P6.
• Methodology & Sequencing: Determine the most efficient construction methodologies, logistics, and sequencing for work packages.
• Progress Monitoring: Track site progress against the baseline schedule, identify variances, and implement corrective actions.
• Resource Planning: Estimate and schedule labor, equipment, and material resources needed to keep the project on track. Go Construct +3
• Coordination: Coordination with site team, Operations and Procurement team for update all data in time and submissions to the Client.
• Risk Mitigation: Identifying potential legal or financial risks within contract clauses and developing strategies to minimize liability.
• Education: A Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Technical Proficiency: Advanced skills in scheduling software (Primavera P6, and cost estimation tools.
• Legal Knowledge: Familiarity with standard construction contract forms (e.g., FIDIC, AIA) and local building regulations.
• Soft Skills: High-level analytical thinking, and the ability to communicate complex data to non-technical stakeholders.
