Civil Engineer (Fit-Out) – 5+ Years Experience | UAE

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Civil Engineer specializing in interior fit-out projects. The candidate should have strong site experience, project coordination skills, and the ability to manage fit-out works efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage day-to-day site activities for fit-out projects
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and consultants
• Ensure project execution as per drawings, specifications, and timelines
• Monitor quality of materials and workmanship
• Prepare progress reports and site documentation
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company standards
• Handle site inspections and resolve technical issues
• Assist in project planning and cost control

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering
• Minimum 5 years of experience in UAE (Fit-out experience is mandatory)
• Strong knowledge of interior fit-out works (partitions, ceilings, flooring, finishing, etc.)
• Good communication and coordination skills

Languages Required:

• Malayalam
• English
• Hindi

Preferred Skills:

• Knowledge of UAE construction standards and regulations
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
• Strong problem-solving and leadership skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
