Over time, as you develop expertise and confidence, you will be encouraged to gradually transition into a sales-facing role, becoming a key contributor to revenue generation.If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, enjoy problem-solving, and are passionate about delivering excellent customer service and support, this is the perfect opportunity to start your career journey in sales coordination and grow into a dynamic sales professional.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Learn and adapt quickly by assisting senior team members in managing end-to-end sales coordination.</li><li>Coordinate the processing of proposals, invoices, and other documents, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely delivery.</li><li>Respond promptly and professionally to client inquiries with accurate information, pricing, and assignment updates.</li><li>Maintain and organize trackers, records, and documentation for reporting and monitoring purposes.</li><li>Support the preparation of presentations, proposals, and sales-related documentation.</li><li>Assist in scheduling sales meetings, preparing agendas, and circulating materials in advance.</li><li>Follow up with internal departments (logistics, finance, marketing, etc.) to ensure smooth communication and workflow.</li><li>Address client concerns with professionalism, escalating issues where necessary to ensure resolution.</li><li>Collaborate with the team to identify bottlenecks and contribute ideas for improving efficiency.</li><li>Ensure all activities align with company policies, compliance, and legal requirements.</li><li>Actively support sales targets by coordinating effectively and gradually taking on more direct sales activities as part of career growth.</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Education: Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communication, or related field.</li><li>Knowledge: Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).</li><li>Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in a sales support, coordination, or administrative role.
