Join us and contribute to a professional environment where your skills make a real difference every day!Responsibilities<ul><li>Manage front desk operations, greeting visitors and directing them appropriately with professionalism and warmth</li><li>Answer multi-line phone systems promptly, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette and providing exceptional customer support</li><li>Perform data entry and maintain accurate records using Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and other office management tools</li><li>Coordinate calendar management and schedule appointments for staff and executives efficiently</li><li>Handle filing, proofreading, and document management to ensure all records are organized and up-to-date</li><li>Assist with bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks or similar accounting software to support financial record keeping</li><li>Support human resources functions such as onboarding new employees, maintaining personnel files, and assisting with recruitment processes</li><li>Provide clerical support including typing, photocopying, faxing, and managing office supplies inventory</li><li>Manage incoming correspondence, emails, and inquiries with professionalism and timely responses</li><li>Maintain a clean, organized front desk area to promote a welcoming environment for clients and visitors</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Proven office management or administrative experience in a professional setting</li><li>Strong computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Google Workspace, and data entry skills</li><li>Experience with QuickBooks or bookkeeping is highly desirable</li><li>Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively</li><li>Bilingual abilities are a plus to serve diverse client needs</li><li>Demonstrated customer service skills with a friendly demeanor and professional phone etiquette</li><li>Familiarity with multi-line phone systems and front desk operations</li><li>Previous experience as a medical or dental receptionist or personal assistant is advantageous</li><li>Ability to handle confidential information discreetly and maintain professionalism at all times</li><li>Strong typing skills with attention to detail for proofreading and document accuracy</li><li>Knowledge of office equipment such as fax machines, scanners, printers, and filing systems</li><li>Effective time management skills to juggle multiple responsibilities efficiently</li></ul>Join our team today!
