 consistently win projects on Upwork
 
 in two core categories:
 
 AI software solutions
 
 and
 
 full-stack development
 
 .
 
 
 
 
 
 This role is purely Upwork-focused. You will own the complete Upwork business development cycle&mdash;from finding the right jobs and writing winning proposals to converting chats into interviews, closing contracts, and ensuring a clean handover to delivery teams.
