About the Role
We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Janitor to join our growing team in a full-time capacity. The position focuses on cleaning office buildings and maintaining a clean, safe, and professional environment for all occupants.
Job Description<ul><li> 
Clean and maintain office buildings to a high standard</li><li>
Sweep, mop, and vacuum all floor surfaces</li><li>
Clean and sanitize restrooms, break rooms, and common areas</li><li>
Empty trash and dispose of waste correctly</li><li>
Restock supplies (soap, paper towels, etc.) as needed</li><li>
Report maintenance issues or safety hazards promptly</li><li>
Follow all safety, sanitation, and building protocols</li></ul>
Requirements<ul><li> 
Minimum 1 year of janitorial or custodial experience required</li><li>
Reliable transportation to and from job sites</li><li>
Comfortable using a cell phone app for scheduling, communication, and clocking in/out</li><li>
Ability to stand, bend, and lift up to 30 lbs for extended periods</li><li>
Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented</li><li>
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision</li></ul>
Compensation &amp; Benefits<ul><li> 
Starting wage: $16.00/hr</li><li>
Performance review every 6 months with a $0.50/hr raise (up to $18.00/hr max for janitorial, but wtih team lead and supervision opportunities)</li><li>
Performance-based bonuses</li><li>
6 days Paid Time Off (PTO) per 12-month period</li></ul>
