About the Role

We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Janitor to join our growing team in a full-time capacity. The position focuses on cleaning office buildings and maintaining a clean, safe, and professional environment for all occupants.

Job Description

• 
  Clean and maintain office buildings to a high standard

• Sweep, mop, and vacuum all floor surfaces

• Clean and sanitize restrooms, break rooms, and common areas

• Empty trash and dispose of waste correctly

• Restock supplies (soap, paper towels, etc.) as needed

• Report maintenance issues or safety hazards promptly

• Follow all safety, sanitation, and building protocols

Requirements

• 
  Minimum 1 year of janitorial or custodial experience required

• Reliable transportation to and from job sites

• Comfortable using a cell phone app for scheduling, communication, and clocking in/out

• Ability to stand, bend, and lift up to 30 lbs for extended periods

• Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented

• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Compensation & Benefits

• 
  Starting wage: $16.00/hr

• Performance review every 6 months with a $0.50/hr raise (up to $18.00/hr max for janitorial, but wtih team lead and supervision opportunities)

• Performance-based bonuses

• 6 days Paid Time Off (PTO) per 12-month period
