This role requires someone who is comfortable interacting with clients and confidently directing agents during shoots. You must submit a portfolio or reel demonstrating photography or videography work (applications without examples will not be reviewed).Responsibilities<ul><li>Capture high-quality real estate photos and video</li><li>Shoot 4K video (60fps) for property tours and marketing content</li><li>Operate drone for aerial property footage</li><li>Use gimbal for smooth cinematic shots</li><li>Direct real estate agents, homeowners, and clients on camera to capture natural and professional shots</li><li>Ensure proper lighting, composition, and visual quality</li><li>Collaborate with our production team on creative execution</li><li>Maintain and operate your own camera equipment</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Experience shooting real estate photography or video (preferred)</li><li>Must own a camera capable of shooting 4K at 60fps</li><li>Must own a drone capable of 4K video at 60fps</li><li>Must own a gimbal for stabilization</li><li>FAA Part 107 Drone License preferred (or willingness to obtain certification)</li><li>Comfortable directing clients on camera and guiding them through shots during production</li><li>Strong communication and on-site professionalism</li><li>Reliable transportation for shoots across San Diego County</li><li>Ability to work independently and follow shot lists</li></ul>Job Types: Part-time, Contract, FreelancePay: $25.00 - $40.00 per hourExpected hours: 4.0 &ndash; 20.0 per weekApplication Question(s):<ul><li>What production equipment do you currently own?</li><li>Do you fly drone?
