Freelance Real Estate Photographer / Videographer

This role requires someone who is comfortable interacting with clients and confidently directing agents during shoots. You must submit a portfolio or reel demonstrating photography or videography work (applications without examples will not be reviewed).

Responsibilities

• Capture high-quality real estate photos and video
• Shoot 4K video (60fps) for property tours and marketing content
• Operate drone for aerial property footage
• Use gimbal for smooth cinematic shots
• Direct real estate agents, homeowners, and clients on camera to capture natural and professional shots
• Ensure proper lighting, composition, and visual quality
• Collaborate with our production team on creative execution
• Maintain and operate your own camera equipment

Requirements

• Experience shooting real estate photography or video (preferred)
• Must own a camera capable of shooting 4K at 60fps
• Must own a drone capable of 4K video at 60fps
• Must own a gimbal for stabilization
• FAA Part 107 Drone License preferred (or willingness to obtain certification)
• Comfortable directing clients on camera and guiding them through shots during production
• Strong communication and on-site professionalism
• Reliable transportation for shoots across San Diego County
• Ability to work independently and follow shot lists

Job Types: Part-time, Contract, Freelance

Pay: $25.00 - $40.00 per hour

Expected hours: 4.0 – 20.0 per week
