Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Draft, review, and manage various legal agreements including client contracts, vendor agreements, service-level agreements (SLAs), non-disclosure agreements (NDAs), and Memoranda of Understanding (MoUs).</li><li>Handle legal documentation and compliance related to government tenders, RFPs, and contract negotiations.</li><li>Ensure all agreements comply with legal and regulatory standards applicable to the Facility Management industry.</li><li>Coordinate with clients, vendors, and internal departments for agreement execution and dispute resolution if required.</li></ul>Qualifications and Skills:<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Law (LLB) from a recognized university.</li><li>1 to 4 years of experience handling corporate legal matters, preferably in facility management or a related sector.</li><li>Strong understanding of tender processes, contract management, and regulatory compliance.</li><li>Excellent drafting, communication, and negotiation skills.</li><li>Drafting of affidavits,</li><li>2 Should have knowledge of court procedure and be able to act as a nodal officer in the court matters.</li><li>Contract law &amp; Labour Laws</li><li>Ability to work independently with attention to detail and legal precision.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Provident Fund</li></ul>Work Location: In person
