Key Responsibilities:
- Draft, review, and manage various legal agreements including client contracts, vendor agreements, service-level agreements (SLAs), non-disclosure agreements (NDAs), and Memoranda of Understanding (MoUs).
- Handle legal documentation and compliance related to government tenders, RFPs, and contract negotiations.
- Ensure all agreements comply with legal and regulatory standards applicable to the Facility Management industry.
- Coordinate with clients, vendors, and internal departments for agreement execution and dispute resolution if required.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB) from a recognized university.
- 1 to 4 years of experience handling corporate legal matters, preferably in facility management or a related sector.
- Strong understanding of tender processes, contract management, and regulatory compliance.
- Excellent drafting, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Drafting of affidavits,
- 2 Should have knowledge of court procedure and be able to act as a nodal officer in the court matters.
- Contract law & Labour Laws
- Ability to work independently with attention to detail and legal precision.
