Key Responsibilities:

  • Draft, review, and manage various legal agreements including client contracts, vendor agreements, service-level agreements (SLAs), non-disclosure agreements (NDAs), and Memoranda of Understanding (MoUs).
  • Handle legal documentation and compliance related to government tenders, RFPs, and contract negotiations.
  • Ensure all agreements comply with legal and regulatory standards applicable to the Facility Management industry.
  • Coordinate with clients, vendors, and internal departments for agreement execution and dispute resolution if required.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB) from a recognized university.
  • 1 to 4 years of experience handling corporate legal matters, preferably in facility management or a related sector.
  • Strong understanding of tender processes, contract management, and regulatory compliance.
  • Excellent drafting, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Drafting of affidavits,
  • 2 Should have knowledge of court procedure and be able to act as a nodal officer in the court matters.
  • Contract law & Labour Laws
  • Ability to work independently with attention to detail and legal precision.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
