Digital Marketing Executive Job DescriptionJob Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Digital Marketing Executive to join our dynamic marketing team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about all facets of digital marketing, possess strong analytical skills, and have a proven track record of developing and executing successful online campaigns. This role will involve working across various digital channels to promote our products/services, engage with our target audience, and drive measurable growth.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Campaign Management:</li><li>Assist in the planning, execution, and optimization of all digital marketing campaigns, including SEO/SEM, social media, email, display advertising, and content marketing.</li><li>Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns (e.g., Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.) to maximize ROI and achieve campaign objectives.</li><li>Develop and implement email marketing campaigns, including list segmentation, content creation, and performance tracking.</li><li>Content Creation &amp; Management:</li><li>Contribute to the creation of engaging and high-quality digital content (e.g., blog posts, website copy, social media updates, email newsletters, video scripts).</li><li>Collaborate with graphic designers and other internal teams to produce visually appealing and on-brand marketing assets.</li><li>Manage and maintain the company's website content, ensuring it is up-to-date, engaging, and optimized for search engines.</li><li>SEO &amp; SEM:</li><li>Actively participate in SEO efforts, including keyword research, on-page optimization, and technical SEO improvements.</li><li>Monitor and analyze SEO performance, identifying opportunities for improvement to increase organic search rankings and website traffic.</li><li>Social Media Management:</li><li>Plan, manage, and execute social media campaigns across relevant platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X, etc.).</li><li>Monitor social media trends, engage with online communities, and identify opportunities for increased brand presence and engagement.</li><li>Analytics &amp; Reporting:</li><li>Utilize web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Search Console, CRM systems) to track, analyze, and report on the performance of digital marketing campaigns.</li><li>Identify key trends, insights, and opportunities for optimization based on data analysis.</li><li>Prepare and present regular reports on campaign performance to stakeholders, highlighting successes and areas for improvement.</li><li>Market Research &amp; Trend Analysis:</li><li>Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices.</li><li>Conduct competitor analysis and market research to identify new opportunities and inform strategic decision-making.\</li></ul>Qualifications:<ul><li>Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.</li><li>[Number] years of proven working experience as a Digital Marketing Executive or in a similar digital marketing role.</li><li>Demonstrable experience in managing and executing campaigns across various digital marketing channels (SEO, SEM, Social Media, Email Marketing, Content Marketing).</li><li>Solid knowledge of website and marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMRush, Ahrefs, etc.).</li><li>Experience in setting up and optimizing PPC campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads).</li><li>Strong understanding of SEO principles and best practices.</li><li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to create engaging content.</li><li>Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform, and motivate.</li><li>Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.</li><li>Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage projects effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.</li><li>Proactive, self-motivated, and a team player.</li></ul>Preferred Skills (Bonus Points):<ul><li>Certifications in Google Ads, Google Analytics, HubSpot, or other relevant digital marketing platforms.</li><li>Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, or content management systems (CMS).</li><li>Experience with A/B testing and conversion rate optimization (CRO).</li><li>Familiarity with marketing automation tools.</li></ul>What We Offer:<ul><li>Competitive salary and benefits package.</li><li>Opportunity to work with a talented and collaborative team.</li><li>Exposure to diverse and exciting digital marketing projects.</li><li>Continuous learning and professional development opportunities.</li><li>A dynamic and supportive work environment.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;15,000.00 - &#8377;30,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
