Digital Marketing Executive Job Description

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Digital Marketing Executive to join our dynamic marketing team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about all facets of digital marketing, possess strong analytical skills, and have a proven track record of developing and executing successful online campaigns. This role will involve working across various digital channels to promote our products/services, engage with our target audience, and drive measurable growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Campaign Management:
  • Assist in the planning, execution, and optimization of all digital marketing campaigns, including SEO/SEM, social media, email, display advertising, and content marketing.
  • Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns (e.g., Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.) to maximize ROI and achieve campaign objectives.
  • Develop and implement email marketing campaigns, including list segmentation, content creation, and performance tracking.
  • Content Creation & Management:
  • Contribute to the creation of engaging and high-quality digital content (e.g., blog posts, website copy, social media updates, email newsletters, video scripts).
  • Collaborate with graphic designers and other internal teams to produce visually appealing and on-brand marketing assets.
  • Manage and maintain the company's website content, ensuring it is up-to-date, engaging, and optimized for search engines.
  • SEO & SEM:
  • Actively participate in SEO efforts, including keyword research, on-page optimization, and technical SEO improvements.
  • Monitor and analyze SEO performance, identifying opportunities for improvement to increase organic search rankings and website traffic.
  • Social Media Management:
  • Plan, manage, and execute social media campaigns across relevant platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X, etc.).
  • Monitor social media trends, engage with online communities, and identify opportunities for increased brand presence and engagement.
  • Analytics & Reporting:
  • Utilize web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Search Console, CRM systems) to track, analyze, and report on the performance of digital marketing campaigns.
  • Identify key trends, insights, and opportunities for optimization based on data analysis.
  • Prepare and present regular reports on campaign performance to stakeholders, highlighting successes and areas for improvement.
  • Market Research & Trend Analysis:
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices.
  • Conduct competitor analysis and market research to identify new opportunities and inform strategic decision-making.\

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • [Number] years of proven working experience as a Digital Marketing Executive or in a similar digital marketing role.
  • Demonstrable experience in managing and executing campaigns across various digital marketing channels (SEO, SEM, Social Media, Email Marketing, Content Marketing).
  • Solid knowledge of website and marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMRush, Ahrefs, etc.).
  • Experience in setting up and optimizing PPC campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads).
  • Strong understanding of SEO principles and best practices.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to create engaging content.
  • Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform, and motivate.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage projects effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and a team player.

Preferred Skills (Bonus Points):

  • Certifications in Google Ads, Google Analytics, HubSpot, or other relevant digital marketing platforms.
  • Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, or content management systems (CMS).
  • Experience with A/B testing and conversion rate optimization (CRO).
  • Familiarity with marketing automation tools.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
