Job Title: Member Support &amp; Coordination ExecutiveLocation: BhubaneswarDepartment: Operations &amp; Member RelationsReports To: Community Manager / Operations HeadNote: Please carefully read the requirements before applying for this job, as it is only open to females.Job Summary:We are looking for a dynamic and service-oriented Member Support &amp; Coordination Executive to be the primary point of contact for inbound member inquiries and to coordinate seamlessly with internal teams for smooth day-to-day operations. This hybrid role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced coworking environment, enjoys interacting with people, and is excellent at multitasking.Key Requirements:<ul><li>Female candidates are preferred for this role</li><li>0 &ndash; 2 years of experience in customer service, front desk, or admin roles; coworking, real estate or hospitality experience is a plus.</li><li>Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and the local language.</li><li>Friendly, proactive, and confident personality with a customer-first attitude.</li><li>Excellent multitasking and organizational abilities.</li><li>Familiarity with basic office software (MS Office/Google Workspace) and CRM systems.</li></ul>Key Responsibilities:Inbound Member Support<ul><li>Handle inbound calls and email queries from potential and existing members.</li></ul><ul><li>Provide accurate information about workspace plans, pricing, facilities, and availability.</li></ul><ul><li>Schedule and coordinate workspace tours and virtual meetings with the sales/community team.</li></ul><ul><li>Maintain a courteous, helpful, and solutions-driven approach in all communications.</li></ul>Internal Coordination<ul><li>Coordinate with the legal and accounts team get the process along.</li></ul><ul><li>Follow up on agreement renewals by members and ensure timely renewals.</li></ul><ul><li>Coordinate with Legal and other govt departments as per requirements getting the renewals done.</li></ul>Administrative Support<ul><li>Update CRM and internal systems with member details, visit records, and call logs.</li></ul>Working Hours: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Monday to SaturdayWhat We Offer:<ul><li>A collaborative, open work environment</li></ul><ul><li>Growth opportunities in the coworking and flexible office space industry</li></ul><ul><li>Exposure to dynamic startups, creators, and professionals</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;8,000.00 - &#8377;20,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person

Job Title: Admin &amp; HR Executive Location: Bhubaneswar Department: Administration &amp; Human Resources Note: Do you have experience in the hotel, real estate, hospitality, construction, or builders' industry? If yes, kindly apply for a job otherwise you're application will be rejected.About the Role: We are looking for a dynamic and organized Admin &amp; HR Executive to oversee daily office operations and manage HR functions for our organization. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth administrative processes, support recruitment and employee engagement activities, and maintain an efficient work environment across all teams and project sites.Qualifications &amp; Skills: <ul><li>He/She must have a bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. </li><li>He/She must have 2&ndash;5 years of experience in Admin and HR roles, preferably in the real estate, construction, hospitality or property management sector. </li><li>He/She must have a strong knowledge of HR processes, payroll, and statutory compliance.</li><li>He/She must have excellent communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills. </li><li>He/She must have proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and HR software tools.</li><li>He/She must be highly organized, proactive, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.</li></ul>Key Responsibilities:Human Resources: <ul><li>Manage end-to-end recruitment sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and onboarding new hires.</li><li>Maintain and update employee records, attendance, and leave management systems.</li><li>Handle payroll coordination and assist in preparing monthly salary statements.</li><li>Draft and maintain HR documents such as offer letters, appointment letters, and exit letters.</li><li>Coordinate performance appraisal processes and maintain the confidentiality of employee data.</li><li>Support employee engagement, welfare activities, and grievance handling.</li><li>Ensure HR policies are followed and updated as per compliance requirements.</li></ul>Administration: <ul><li>Oversee office administration, facility management, and day-to-day operational requirements.</li><li>Manage vendor coordination for office supplies, maintenance, and other administrative needs.</li><li>Maintain asset records, AMC renewals, and general upkeep of office premises.</li><li>Handle travel arrangements, event logistics, and meeting scheduling for management.</li><li>Ensure compliance with company policies and support audits or documentation on needs.</li><li>Assist in coordination between the head office and project sites for admin and HR requirements.</li></ul>What We Offer: <ul><li>A collaborative work environment in a growing organization.</li><li>Opportunities for career development and learning.</li><li>Competitive salary and performance-based incentives.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;8,000.00 - &#8377;25,000.00 per monthApplication Question(s):<ul><li>Do you have experience in the hotel, real estate, hospitality, construction, or builders' industry?
