- Respond to inbound inquiries (calls, emails, walk-ins) regarding coworking services
- Assist in qualifying and converting leads through product knowledge and client-focused communication
- Schedule and conduct workspace tours for prospective clients
- Support the sales team in preparing proposals, contracts, and follow-ups
- Maintain accurate records in CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce)
- Collaborate with the community and operations teams to ensure smooth onboarding and high customer satisfaction
- Provide feedback from prospects to improve service offerings and client experience
- Support marketing and lead generation campaigns when required
