Key Responsibilities:Product Curation &amp; Sourcing:<ul><li>Research, identify, and curate new products that align with our organization's goals, target market, and growth strategy.</li><li>Evaluate product potential by analyzing market trends, competition, and digital performance indicators (including SEO/SEM metrics such as search volume, keyword difficulty, and online visibility).</li><li>Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to ensure curated products have strong online discoverability and commercial appeal.</li></ul>Supplier Contract Management:<ul><li>Source and onboard new suppliers/vendors through proactive outreach, market scanning, and relationship building.</li><li>Negotiate favorable terms, pricing, delivery schedules, quality standards, and payment conditions for new supplier contracts.</li><li>Draft, review, and finalize supplier agreements, ensuring legal compliance, risk mitigation, and protection of organizational interests.</li><li>Sign and execute new contracts, while maintaining accurate records and tracking contract lifecycles.</li></ul>Performance &amp; Relationship Management:<ul><li>Monitor supplier performance and product quality post-onboarding; recommend improvements or alternatives as needed.</li><li>Build and nurture long-term supplier partnerships with a proactive, adventurous approach to exploring global or innovative sourcing options.</li><li>Stay ahead of industry trends, new suppliers, and emerging products through continuous market exploration.</li></ul>Cross-Functional Collaboration:<ul><li>Work closely with marketing (to leverage SEO/SEM insights for product success), and operations teams.</li><li>Contribute ideas for product lineup enhancements based on data-driven insights and market opportunities.</li></ul>Qualifications &amp; Requirements:<ul><li>Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Supply Chain Management, Procurement, or a related field.</li><li>Experience: 2&ndash;5 years in product sourcing, procurement, vendor management, contract negotiation, or a similar role.
