 Job Purpose
 
 
 
 The organization is seeking an experienced AI Product Manager to lead the implementation and delivery of Generative AI and Agentic AI solutions across customer and operational journeys.
 
 
 This role focuses on translating business needs into scalable, AI-powered products, ensuring seamless integration with CRM, ERP, and internal systems. The AI Product Manager will drive execution from use case definition through rollout and adoption, ensuring measurable business impact and user value.
 
 
 The role also involves leading AI Engineers responsible for building and maintaining AI solutions, ensuring alignment between product vision and technical execution.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Core Responsibilities
 
 
 
 
 AI Product Delivery &amp; Execution
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Manage the lifecycle of Generative AI and Agentic AI solutions, from use case definition and user stories to deployment and continuous improvement.
 </li>
 <li>
 Lead backlog prioritization, sprint planning, and delivery tracking for:
 </li>
 <li>
 Conversational agents
 </li>
 <li>
 AI copilots
 </li>
 <li>
 Self-service journeys
 </li>
 <li>
 Lead AI Engineers and collaborate with platform and engineering teams to ensure timely, high-quality delivery.
 </li>

 Product Implementation &amp; Integration
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Translate business requirements into configurable AI workflows and product features.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure seamless integration of AI solutions with CRM, ERP, and internal systems.
 </li>
 <li>
 Work closely with vendors and internal teams to ensure successful deployment and rollout of AI capabilities.
 </li>
 <li>
 Monitor product performance and drive continuous improvements and enhancements.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 Roadmap Delivery &amp; Business Alignment
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Translate AI roadmap initiatives into clear product plans with defined outcomes and KPIs.
 </li>
 <li>
 Align stakeholders on:

 Success metrics

 <li>
 Ensure UAT completion, documentation, and business readiness for each release.

 Qualifications, Experience &amp; Skills
 
 
 
 
 Educational and Professional Qualifications

 Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or equivalent practical experience
 </li>
 <li>
 Specialization or hands-on experience in Generative AI, LLMs, or conversational AI frameworks
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 Experience

 5+ years of experience in product management, AI/ML solutions, or digital product delivery
 </li>
 <li>
 Proven experience delivering:
