The ideal candidate will possess a strong clinical background, excellent patient assessment skills, and a commitment to promoting health and wellness. As a Primary Care Provider, you will play a vital role in diagnosing, treating, and managing a wide range of health conditions while fostering positive patient relationships.&lt;Responsibilities&gt;<ul><li>Conduct thorough medical histories and physical examinations to assess patient health status.</li><li>Develop personalized care plans based on clinical evaluations, including preventive care and chronic disease management.</li><li>Utilize electronic health record (EHR) systems to document patient encounters accurately and efficiently.</li><li>Order and interpret diagnostic tests such as laboratory work, imaging studies, including CT scans when necessary.</li><li>Provide patient education on health maintenance, medication management, and lifestyle modifications.</li><li>Collaborate with specialists in fields such as psychiatry, endocrinology, cardiology, and dermatology for comprehensive patient care.</li><li>Perform procedures including suturing, basic wound care, and other minor interventions within scope of practice.</li><li>Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and maintain the highest standards of patient confidentiality and safety.</li></ul>&lt;Experience&gt;<ul><li>Valid medical license with current certification to practice medicine in the relevant jurisdiction.</li><li>Proven experience in outpatient primary care settings with familiarity in medical office operations.</li><li>Knowledge of EMR systems such as Epic or similar platforms for documentation and patient management.</li><li>Experience managing acute conditions, chronic illnesses, and preventive health strategies.</li><li>Strong understanding of medical terminology, physiology, and diagnostic evaluation techniques.</li><li>Prior experience working in hospital or urgent care environments is advantageous but not mandatory.</li><li>Demonstrated ability to work effectively within multidisciplinary teams while maintaining excellent patient service standards.
