We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Assistant Manager / Manager with a strong background in financial planning, analysis, and reporting. The ideal candidate will possess hands-on experience in preparing and consolidating Multi-Company P&amp;Ls, balance sheets, and cash flows. Prior exposure to Shipments ERP and the ability to create and maintain Excel VBA Macros will be considered a huge advantage. This is a great opportunity for someone with a passion for finance, advanced Excel skills and a good understanding of logistics industry and emerging trends. Key Responsibilities Financial Reporting &amp; Analysis:<ul><li>Preparation and consolidation of financial statements, including Multi-Company P&amp;Ls, Balance Sheets, and Cash Flow Statements.</li><li>Conduct detailed variance analysis and provide actionable insights to senior management.</li><li>Prepare Monthly/Quarterly MIS reports and presentations for stakeholders.</li></ul> Financial Forecasting &amp; Budgeting:<ul><li>Assist in the development of financial forecasts and budgeting processes.</li><li>Monitor actuals vs. forecast and budget, highlighting key areas of concern and opportunities.</li></ul> System &amp; Process Management:<ul><li>Utilize Shipments for financial data analysis and reporting.</li><li>Create and maintain automated financial models, reports, and dashboards using Excel VBA Macros and (or) Power BI.</li></ul> Stakeholder Communication:<ul><li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand financial needs and requirements.</li><li>Support leadership in strategic decision-making by providing in-depth financial insights and recommendations.</li></ul> Qualifications &amp; Skills Education:<ul><li>Graduate or Post-Graduate in Finance</li><li>Profession Certifications like CA, FMVA would be an added advantage.</li></ul> Experience:<ul><li>8 to 10 years of FP&amp;A experience, preferably in a logistics or similar industry.</li><li>Proven experience in MIS preparation and consolidation of Multi-Company P&amp;Ls, Balance Sheets, and Cash Flow.</li></ul> Technical Skills:<ul><li>Strong proficiency in Advanced MS Excel (e.g., pivot tables, complex formulas, and advanced data analysis).</li><li>Experience with Excel VBA Macros for automation and reporting.</li><li>Exposure to Shipments ERP will be a significant advantage.</li><li>Experience in creating and managing reporting on Power BI.</li></ul> Soft Skills:<ul><li>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.</li><li>Ability to communicate complex financial data in an understandable manner to various stakeholders.</li><li>Strong attention to detail, with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.</li></ul> Preferred Qualifications:<ul><li>Experience within the logistics sector is highly preferred, although candidates from other industries with a strong FP&amp;A background will also be considered.</li></ul>
