[Company Name] is looking for a Pricing Executive to join our dynamic freight forwarding team. You will play a pivotal role in our supply chain operations by securing competitive rates and crafting winning quotations for our global clients.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Freight Quotation Management: Prepare and manage accurate freight quotations for international import/export shipments across Air, Ocean (FCL/LCL), and Land transport.</li><li>Carrier Negotiation: Coordinate directly with shipping lines, airlines, and transporters to negotiate and secure the most competitive market rates.</li><li>Market Analysis: Monitor logistics market trends and competitor pricing to maintain a competitive edge.</li><li>Sales Support: Act as the backbone for the sales team by providing timely pricing for RFQs and global tenders.</li><li>Database Maintenance: Update and manage internal rate sheets, tariffs, and pricing databases (using tools like CargoWise or Smart Cargo).</li><li>Profitability Monitoring: Analyze shipment margins to ensure company profitability targets are met.</li><li>Vendor Relations: Build and maintain strong professional relationships with carriers, agents, and service providers.</li></ul>Required Skills &amp; Qualifications<ul><li>Education: Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.</li><li>Experience: 1&ndash;4 years of proven experience in freight forwarding pricing or logistics operations.</li><li>Technical Knowledge: Deep understanding of Incoterms, freight cost structures, and international shipping processes.</li><li>Software Proficiency: Advanced skills in MS Excel (vlookups, pivot tables) and experience with freight management software.</li><li>Communication: Strong negotiation skills and the ability to communicate effectively with global vendors.</li></ul>Preferred Qualifications<ul><li>Existing network with local and international carriers.</li><li>Familiarity with international logistics regulations and customs compliance.</li></ul>Benefits &amp; PerksWe value our employees and offer a comprehensive benefits package designed to support your professional and personal growth:<ul><li>Competitive Salary Package with performance-based incentives.</li><li>Financial Security: Provident Fund and Annual Bonuses.</li><li>Health &amp; Wellness: Comprehensive Health Insurance coverage.</li><li>Work-Life Balance: Monday to Friday (9:00 AM &ndash; 5:30 PM) with Annual Paid Leaves.</li><li>Culture: Monthly team lunches and annual recreational tours/company trips.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: Rs40,000.00 - Rs50,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
