Job Title: Pricing Executive – Freight Forwarding (Air, Sea & Land)

About the Role

Are you a data-driven professional with a knack for negotiation? [Company Name] is looking for a Pricing Executive to join our dynamic freight forwarding team. You will play a pivotal role in our supply chain operations by securing competitive rates and crafting winning quotations for our global clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Freight Quotation Management: Prepare and manage accurate freight quotations for international import/export shipments across Air, Ocean (FCL/LCL), and Land transport.
• Carrier Negotiation: Coordinate directly with shipping lines, airlines, and transporters to negotiate and secure the most competitive market rates.
• Market Analysis: Monitor logistics market trends and competitor pricing to maintain a competitive edge.
• Sales Support: Act as the backbone for the sales team by providing timely pricing for RFQs and global tenders.
• Database Maintenance: Update and manage internal rate sheets, tariffs, and pricing databases (using tools like CargoWise or Smart Cargo).
• Profitability Monitoring: Analyze shipment margins to ensure company profitability targets are met.
• Vendor Relations: Build and maintain strong professional relationships with carriers, agents, and service providers.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Experience: 1–4 years of proven experience in freight forwarding pricing or logistics operations.
• Technical Knowledge: Deep understanding of Incoterms, freight cost structures, and international shipping processes.
• Software Proficiency: Advanced skills in MS Excel (vlookups, pivot tables) and experience with freight management software.
• Communication: Strong negotiation skills and the ability to communicate effectively with global vendors.

Preferred Qualifications

• Existing network with local and international carriers.
• Familiarity with international logistics regulations and customs compliance.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs40,000.00 - Rs50,000.00 per month
