 Key Objectives / Role Responsibilities
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Process accounts payable and initiating payments
 </li>
 <li>
 Maintain vendor records and complete annual 1099 reporting
 </li>
 <li>
 Review and journal monthly credit card and expense reports while ensuring compliance with internal policy
 </li>
 <li>
 Perform accounts receivable (AR) and bank reconciliations, other accounts as assigned
 </li>
 <li>
 Assist in the implementation, maintenance and adherence to internal controls and accounting procedures ensuring compliance with GAAP
 </li>
 <li>
 Respond to requests for information from internal departments
 </li>
 <li>
 Support the finance &amp; accounting team with general accounting duties as assigned
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 Desired Skills &amp; Qualifications
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Strongly prefer someone with at least 1 full cycle of AP experience
 </li>
 <li>
 Associates in Accounting required or Bachelor Deg
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 Salary Information
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Pay or salary range -- up to $55,000
 </li>
