Position Overview:We are seeking a qualified Civil Site Engineer to oversee site operations, ensure project quality, and maintain strict safety compliance. The ideal candidate will manage day-to-day Project activities while implementing safety standards to ensure a secure and efficient work environment.Key Responsibilities: Civil Site Engineering Duties:<ul><li>Supervise and manage all on-site Project activities.</li><li>Ensure work is executed according to approved plans, specifications, and standards.</li><li>Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers.</li><li>Prepare daily/weekly site progress reports.</li><li>Monitor project timelines and ensure completion within schedule.</li><li>Inspect materials, workmanship, and site conditions for quality control.</li><li>Resolve site issues and communicate technical requirements to workers.</li><li>Implement and enforce safety policies and procedures on site.</li><li>Conduct routine safety inspections and hazard assessments.</li><li>Ensure proper use of PPE and safe working practices.</li><li>Investigate incidents, near misses, and unsafe conditions; prepare reports.</li><li>Deliver toolbox talks, safety training, and awareness sessions.</li><li>Maintain up-to-date safety documentation and compliance records.</li><li>Coordinate emergency preparedness and response procedures.</li><li>Preparing safety-related documents</li></ul>Qualifications:<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree or diploma in Civil Engineering or related field.</li><li>Certification in Occupational Health &amp; Safety (IOSH/NEBOSH or equivalent) is a plus.</li><li>Freshers are also eligible to apply.</li><li>Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and safety regulations.</li><li>Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, FresherPay: AED2,100.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
