Civil Site Engineer

Position Overview:

We are seeking a qualified Civil Site Engineer to oversee site operations, ensure project quality, and maintain strict safety compliance. The ideal candidate will manage day-to-day Project activities while implementing safety standards to ensure a secure and efficient work environment.

Key Responsibilities: Civil Site Engineering Duties:

• Supervise and manage all on-site Project activities.
• Ensure work is executed according to approved plans, specifications, and standards.
• Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers.
• Prepare daily/weekly site progress reports.
• Monitor project timelines and ensure completion within schedule.
• Inspect materials, workmanship, and site conditions for quality control.
• Resolve site issues and communicate technical requirements to workers.
• Implement and enforce safety policies and procedures on site.
• Conduct routine safety inspections and hazard assessments.
• Ensure proper use of PPE and safe working practices.
• Investigate incidents, near misses, and unsafe conditions; prepare reports.
• Deliver toolbox talks, safety training, and awareness sessions.
• Maintain up-to-date safety documentation and compliance records.
• Coordinate emergency preparedness and response procedures.
• Preparing safety-related documents

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Certification in Occupational Health & Safety (IOSH/NEBOSH or equivalent) is a plus.
• Freshers are also eligible to apply.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and safety regulations.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

Pay: AED2,100.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
