Location: Remote (Pakistan) Company Base: Dubai, UAEJob OverviewWe are seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our Dubai-based team on a remote basis. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth, primarily targeting GCC and international markets.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities through cold calls, emails, and virtual meetings</li><li>Generate and qualify leads via online platforms, networking, and outbound outreach</li><li>Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients</li><li>Understand client requirements and propose suitable solutions</li><li>Prepare and share proposals, presentations, and quotations</li><li>Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets</li><li>Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and client interactions</li><li>Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and delivery</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Proven experience in business development, sales, cold calling or client acquisition</li><li>Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English</li><li>Strong understanding of B2B sales processes</li><li>Ability to work independently in a remote setup</li><li>Proficiency with CRM tools, email outreach, and LinkedIn</li><li>Experience working with GCC or international clients is a plus</li></ul>Preferred Qualifications<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field</li><li>Background in digital marketing, IT services, or agency sales (preferred)</li><li>Familiarity with UAE business culture and markets</li></ul>What We Offer<ul><li>Remote working opportunity with a Dubai-based organization</li><li>Competitive salary plus performance-based incentives and comission</li><li>Growth opportunities and long-term career development</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: Rs40,000.00 per monthApplication Question(s):<ul><li>Briefly describe your experience, including industries handled and average daily number of calls.</li><li>How many years of experence you have with Sales and Cold Calling?</li></ul>Education:<ul><li>Intermediate (Required)</li></ul>Work Location: Hybrid remote in Lahore
