Business Development Executive

Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our Dubai-based team on a remote basis. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth, primarily targeting GCC and international markets.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities through cold calls, emails, and virtual meetings
• Generate and qualify leads via online platforms, networking, and outbound outreach
• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients
• Understand client requirements and propose suitable solutions
• Prepare and share proposals, presentations, and quotations
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and client interactions
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and delivery

Requirements

• Proven experience in business development, sales, cold calling or client acquisition
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English
• Strong understanding of B2B sales processes
• Ability to work independently in a remote setup
• Proficiency with CRM tools, email outreach, and LinkedIn
• Experience working with GCC or international clients is a plus

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
• Background in digital marketing, IT services, or agency sales (preferred)
• Familiarity with UAE business culture and markets
