Job Description: We are seeking a highly creative, experienced, and social-media-savvy Social Media Content Creator to join our medical spa team. This role is 100% on-site and is ideal for someone who truly understands social media, knows how to create engaging content, and has hands-on experience with filming, editing videos, managing social media platforms, and building a strong online brand presence.This is not an entry-level role. We are looking for someone who is a true star in social media&mdash;someone who understands current trends, can confidently operate cameras and content equipment, knows how to capture and edit high-quality content, and can consistently produce engaging content that reflects the image and standards of our brand.This position is fully on-site. The ideal candidate must be comfortable working in person at the medical spa, capturing content live in the office, filming treatments and day-to-day operations, and collaborating directly with the team. This is not a remote or hybrid position.Responsibilities:<ul><li>Create, film, and edit high-quality photo and video content for social media platforms</li><li>Manage the company&rsquo;s social media accounts on a daily basis, including posting, scheduling, engagement, and content planning</li><li>Develop creative content ideas aligned with the medical spa&rsquo;s brand, services, promotions, and marketing goals</li><li>Capture on-site content including treatments, before-and-afters, educational videos, behind-the-scenes footage, team content, patient experience content, and promotional material</li><li>Edit engaging videos for Instagram Reels, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, and other digital platforms</li><li>Stay up to date with social media trends, viral content formats, platform updates, and best practices</li><li>Build and maintain a polished, consistent, and engaging brand presence across all social media channels</li><li>Assist with campaign planning, launches, promotions, and growth strategies for the business</li><li>Work closely with the team to highlight services, providers, events, special offers, and the overall patient experience</li><li>Monitor content performance and engagement metrics to help improve content strategy over time</li></ul>Qualifications:<ul><li>Proven experience in social media management, content creation, videography, and video editing</li><li>Strong knowledge of Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, and other social media platforms</li><li>Experience using professional cameras, lighting, microphones, and other content creation equipment</li><li>Strong video editing skills using tools such as CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, Canva, or similar programs</li><li>Ability to create visually appealing, professional, engaging, and trend-aware content</li><li>Strong understanding of branding, storytelling, audience engagement, and content strategy</li><li>Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple content projects at once</li><li>Ability to work independently, take initiative, and bring fresh ideas to the table</li><li>Experience in medical spa, aesthetics, beauty, wellness, or lifestyle content is strongly preferred</li><li>Must be able to work on-site full-time and be comfortable filming in a live clinic/spa environment</li></ul>What We&rsquo;re Looking For: We are looking for someone who can truly take ownership of our social media presence and elevate our brand online. Can you confirm that you have hands-on experience with cameras, video editing, and social media content creation, and that you are comfortable working on-site and traveling between these locations as needed?</li><li>Our schedule for this position is Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, with a 1-hour lunch break.
