Social Media Content Creator (On-Site)

Job Description:
We are seeking a highly creative, experienced, and social-media-savvy Social Media Content Creator to join our medical spa team. This role is 100% on-site and is ideal for someone who truly understands social media, knows how to create engaging content, and has hands-on experience with filming, editing videos, managing social media platforms, and building a strong online brand presence.

This is not an entry-level role. We are looking for someone who is a true star in social media—someone who understands current trends, can confidently operate cameras and content equipment, knows how to capture and edit high-quality content, and can consistently produce engaging content that reflects the image and standards of our brand.

This position is fully on-site. The ideal candidate must be comfortable working in person at the medical spa, capturing content live in the office, filming treatments and day-to-day operations, and collaborating directly with the team. This is not a remote or hybrid position.

Responsibilities:

• Create, film, and edit high-quality photo and video content for social media platforms
• Manage the company’s social media accounts on a daily basis, including posting, scheduling, engagement, and content planning
• Develop creative content ideas aligned with the medical spa’s brand, services, promotions, and marketing goals
• Capture on-site content including treatments, before-and-afters, educational videos, behind-the-scenes footage, team content, patient experience content, and promotional material
• Edit engaging videos for Instagram Reels, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, and other digital platforms
• Stay up to date with social media trends, viral content formats, platform updates, and best practices
• Build and maintain a polished, consistent, and engaging brand presence across all social media channels
• Assist with campaign planning, launches, promotions, and growth strategies for the business
• Work closely with the team to highlight services, providers, events, special offers, and the overall patient experience
• Monitor content performance and engagement metrics to help improve content strategy over time

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in social media management, content creation, videography, and video editing
• Strong knowledge of Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, and other social media platforms
• Experience using professional cameras, lighting, microphones, and other content creation equipment
• Strong video editing skills using tools such as CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, Canva, or similar programs
• Ability to create visually appealing, professional, engaging, and trend-aware content
• Strong understanding of branding, storytelling, audience engagement, and content strategy
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple content projects at once
• Ability to work independently, take initiative, and bring fresh ideas to the table
• Experience in medical spa, aesthetics, beauty, wellness, or lifestyle content is strongly preferred
• Must be able to work on-site full-time and be comfortable filming in a live clinic/spa environment

Job Type: Full Time: Monday to Friday from (9:00 am to 6:00 pm)

Pay: ($18-$25) based on experience
