Part-Time Social Media Content Creator / Video Producer

AnimalBytesTV is looking for a creative, social-media-obsessed Content Creator who understands what makes people stop scrolling, click, and watch.

This is not a traditional videographer role. We are looking for someone who lives on YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, and emerging platforms, someone who knows what is trending, understands viral content, and can turn ideas into entertaining videos.

You will work with our team to create engaging long-form YouTube videos, Shorts, Reels, and other social content featuring animals, personalities, and behind-the-scenes moments.

Responsibilities:

• Come up with creative ideas for YouTube videos and social media content with the team
• Stay ahead of trends, memes, challenges, and creator strategies
• Film content using DSLR/mirrorless cameras
• Edit long-form YouTube videos and short-form content for TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube Shorts
• Create videos with strong hooks, storytelling, humor, and audience retention
• Capture authentic, entertaining moments with on-camera personalities
• Help plan content ideas, shoots, and recurring series
• Understand what performs well and continuously improve content

Qualifications:

• Deep understanding of YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, and online creator culture
• Passion for making entertaining content and generating ideas
• Experience filming and editing videos
• Comfortable using DSLR/mirrorless cameras
• Strong editing skills (Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or similar)
• Self-motivated, creative, and able to execute ideas independently

Ideal Candidate:

- You are constantly watching YouTube and thinking about why videos succeed. You understand attention, storytelling, and what makes people share content.

- You are not just someone who can operate a camera, you are a creator who can think of ideas, make them happen, and help grow a major social media brand.

- Experience with animals, reptiles, or creator brands is a plus, but creativity and social media instincts matter most.
