About the Role

We’re looking for a creative, motivated Social Media & Content Creator to bring Full Leaf’s brand to life across our social channels. This is a hands-on role for someone who loves making content, including shooting and editing short-form video, designing graphics, and capturing the story behind our teas. For us, social media isn’t about chasing sales; it’s about keeping our customers informed, showing them what’s coming, and building a genuine community around Full Leaf. You’ll create the content and engage with the people who love our products.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, shoot, and edit engaging short-form video content for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, National TV ads and emerging platforms
• Design on-brand graphics and imagery for social posts, stories, and campaigns
• Maintain a consistent posting calendar that keeps our community informed and excited about new products, launches, and what’s coming next
• Engage daily with our community, responding to comments and DMs, sparking conversation, and making customers feel seen and valued
• Capture content on-site at our White City facility, showing the people and process behind our teas
• Stay current on social trends, formats, and best practices, and bring fresh ideas to the team
• Maintain Full Leaf’s brand voice and visual identity consistently across every channel
• Partner with the marketing team to align social with broader campaigns and promotions
• Track content performance and share what’s working to continually improve

Requirements

• A strong creative eye and demonstrated ability to create compelling video and visual content
• Comfort being on and behind the camera
• Genuine enthusiasm for engaging with people and building community online
• Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage a content calendar and juggle multiple projects
• A team player who fits our culture and treats everyone with respect
• Eagerness to learn our products, our brand, and our world

Preferred Skills

• Experience with video editing tools (CapCut, Premiere, Final Cut, etc.) and design tools (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite)
• Familiarity growing or managing brand social accounts
• Proficiency with AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Canva AI, etc.) to drive content efficiency
• Interest in tea, wellness, health, or food & beverage
• Photography or videography background
