Social Media Content Creator & Referral Coordinator

Together Design & Build is looking for a creative, outgoing, and reliable content creator to help grow our social media presence and become part of the voice and personality of our brand.
We are looking for someone who already enjoys creating content for their own social media, feels comfortable speaking on camera, and knows how to turn everyday moments into engaging videos and stories.
The role includes visiting remodeling projects, filming before-and-after content, appearing in videos, editing Reels and TikToks, managing our social media pages, engaging with our community, and helping us build and manage a strong client referral program.

Responsibilities:

• Plan and create monthly social media content.
• Film and edit Reels, TikToks, Stories, and behind-the-scenes content.
• Appear on camera as one of the faces of the brand.
• Visit active remodeling projects around Austin.
• Manage Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok.
• Write natural and engaging captions.
• Build relationships with clients, local businesses, realtors, designers, and creators.
• Manage and track our referral program.
• Follow up with previous clients for referrals, reviews, photos, and video testimonials.
• Track content performance, leads, and referral results.

What we’re looking for:

• A natural and confident on-camera personality.
• Experience creating content for a personal or business social media account.
• Strong video filming and editing skills.
• Reliable, organized, and comfortable working independently.
• Interest in home design, remodeling, lifestyle, real estate, or local Austin content.
• Ability to travel to project locations around Austin.
• Long-term availability and interest in growing with the company.
