Operations &amp; Patient Flow<ul><li>Ensure smooth functioning of OPD, diagnostics, pharmacy, opticals, OT and IP departments.</li><li>Implement systems to reduce waiting time and increase patient throughput.</li><li>Strengthen appointment scheduling and service delivery for maximum footfall.</li></ul>B. Revenue Growth &amp; Business Development<ul><li>Monitor daily revenue, conversion ratios, and profitability across departments.</li><li>Increase OPD to surgery conversion through seamless counselling and coordination.</li><li>Implement strategies to improve opticals, pharmacy and diagnostic revenue.</li><li>Identify new opportunities such as camps, corporate tie-ups, insurance partnerships, and specialty clinics.</li><li>Reduce revenue leakage through strict audit systems and billing accuracy.</li><li>Improve OT utilization rate and maximize the number of daily surgeries.</li><li>Work closely with marketing to increase patient visits &amp; brand visibility.</li></ul>C. Staff Management<ul><li>Manage front office, nursing, technicians, housekeeping and support staff.</li><li>Prepare duty rosters and ensure adequate staffing based on patient flow.</li><li>Conduct staff performance evaluations &amp; productivity optimisation.</li></ul>D. OT &amp; Clinical Coordination<ul><li>Manage daily surgical schedules with surgeons &amp; OT team.</li><li>Ensure OT readiness, sterilization, consumable availability &amp; compliance.</li><li>Improve OT turnaround time to increase number of daily procedures.</li></ul>E. Quality &amp; Compliance<ul><li>Ensure adherence to NABH/NABH-Eye standards.</li><li>Conduct audits, implement corrective actions &amp; maintain safety protocols.</li><li>Monitor infection control &amp; biomedical waste management.</li></ul>F. Inventory &amp; Cost Control<ul><li>Avoid overstocking or stock-outs of lenses, consumables &amp; medicines.</li><li>Coordinate procurement to optimize cost and reduce wastage.</li><li>Ensure timely maintenance of biomedical equipment and AMCs.</li></ul>G. Patient Experience<ul><li>Handle complaints, feedback &amp; grievance redressal.</li><li>Implement service excellence standards for improved patient satisfaction.</li><li>Train FO &amp; nursing staff on communication &amp; customer care.</li></ul>H.
