Job Summary We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Receptionist/Administrative Assistant to join our dynamic team. You will manage a variety of administrative tasks, support office operations, and provide exceptional service.We have great hours, no weekends, and benefits.Responsibilities<ul><li>Check patients out at the end of their visit,assess patient financial responsibility, collect and post payment, and provide receipts.</li><li>Answer multi-line phone systems promptly, using proper phone etiquette to assist callers and route inquiries effectively</li><li>Perform data entry, filing, scanning, texting, faxing and other administrative duties</li><li>Balance end of day books and close.</li><li>Cross train in patient testing and charting</li><li>Make referrals to other physician's offices</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Proven office experience with strong organizational skills and attention to detail</li><li>Familiarity with multi-line phone systems and excellent phone etiquette skills</li><li>Experience with clerical tasks such as data entry, filing,</li><li>Strong computer literacy combined with excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently</li><li>Previous experience in reception roles such as medical or dental receptionist is advantageous</li></ul>Join us in creating a welcoming environment where professionalism meets efficiency!
