This is not a chat or messaging-heavy role.Human-led, AI-supportedWe use AI tools to help you work more efficiently, but the heart of the work is still human connection, judgment, and trust.High trust, high impactYou&rsquo;ll often be the person a senior turns to when they feel confused, stuck, or overwhelmed by the healthcare system.What you&rsquo;ll do<ul><li>Build trusting relationships with seniors through compassionate, phone-based support</li><li>Help clients understand Medicare, benefits, and available resources in plain English</li><li>Coordinate care, including appointments, referrals, transportation, meals, and community resources</li><li>Solve problems creatively when the usual system is not enough</li><li>Work with doctors&rsquo; offices, health plans, insurers, and social services to help clients get what they need</li><li>Support seniors through real-life barriers that can affect their health and independence</li></ul>Who this is forYou may be a strong fit if you are a nurse who is:<ul><li>Looking for remote work with meaningful patient impact</li><li>Warm, calm, and naturally good at making people feel heard</li><li>A strong verbal communicator who connects well over the phone</li><li>Organized and able to manage multiple client needs at once</li><li>Comfortable with technology, including Google Docs, Google Sheets, and basic digital tools</li><li>A fast learner who enjoys solving real-world problems</li></ul>We value different types of experience.
