Part-Time Physician Assistant &ndash; Cosmetic DermatologyLocation: Upper East Side &amp; Union Square, NYC (In-person)About Us: Join a renowned dermatology practice, serving patients at both our vibrant Union Square clinic and the elegant Uptown location. We specialize in advanced cosmetic and medical dermatology, offering top-tier treatments and a patient-centered approach.Position Overview: We are seeking a Part-Time Physician Assistant (PA) to work closely with our board-certified dermatologist and her team of providers across both locations. This role is ideal for a proactive, skilled professional passionate about delivering exceptional patient care.Key Responsibilities:Patient Care and Consultations:<ul><li>Conduct comprehensive consultations for new and returning patients, aligning with our philosophy of natural, refined results.</li><li>Perform and assist with cosmetic procedures, including Botox, fillers, laser treatments, and other aesthetic services.</li></ul>Collaboration and Team Integration:<ul><li>Work seamlessly with the clinical team to ensure consistent, high-quality patient experiences at both locations.</li><li>Participate in team meetings and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.</li></ul>Patient Follow-Up and Retention:<ul><li>Provide follow-up care and consultations, ensuring patients are on track with their treatment plans and satisfied with their results.</li><li>Educate patients on skincare maintenance and encourage long-term patient loyalty through exceptional service.</li></ul>Qualifications:<ul><li>Experience: Ideally 1&ndash;2 years as a Physician Assistant in dermatology or a related field, with experience in cosmetic procedures including neurotoxin and dermal filler injections. Candidates with less experience may also be considered.</li><li>Education: Master's degree in physician assistant studies and a valid NY state PA license.</li><li>Skills: Ideally proficient in cosmetic dermatology procedures including neurotoxin and dermal filler injections, excellent communication, and patient education skills.</li><li>Personality: Compassionate, detail-oriented, and aligned with our commitment to excellence and patient-centered care.</li></ul>Schedule:<ul><li>Part-Time: 20 to 30 hours per week, including two Saturdays per month.</li><li>Locations: Predominantly at the Union Square location but also at the Upper East Side clinic.</li></ul>Compensation:<ul><li>Competitive hourly rate based on experience and expertise.</li></ul>How to Apply:Please submit your resume and cover letter outlining your experience in cosmetic dermatology and why you would be a great fit for our team.
