Position Overview:
We are seeking a Part-Time Physician Assistant (PA) to work closely with our board-certified dermatologist and her team of providers across both locations. This role is ideal for a proactive, skilled professional passionate about delivering exceptional patient care.

Key Responsibilities:

Patient Care and Consultations:

• Conduct comprehensive consultations for new and returning patients, aligning with our philosophy of natural, refined results.
• Perform and assist with cosmetic procedures, including Botox, fillers, laser treatments, and other aesthetic services.

Collaboration and Team Integration:

• Work seamlessly with the clinical team to ensure consistent, high-quality patient experiences at both locations.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Patient Follow-Up and Retention:

• Provide follow-up care and consultations, ensuring patients are on track with their treatment plans and satisfied with their results.
• Educate patients on skincare maintenance and encourage long-term patient loyalty through exceptional service.

Qualifications:

• Experience: Ideally 1–2 years as a Physician Assistant in dermatology or a related field, with experience in cosmetic procedures including neurotoxin and dermal filler injections. Candidates with less experience may also be considered.
• Education: Master's degree in physician assistant studies and a valid NY state PA license.
• Skills: Ideally proficient in cosmetic dermatology procedures including neurotoxin and dermal filler injections, excellent communication, and patient education skills.
• Personality: Compassionate, detail-oriented, and aligned with our commitment to excellence and patient-centered care.

Schedule:

• Part-Time: 20 to 30 hours per week, including two Saturdays per month.
• Locations: Predominantly at the Union Square location but also at the Upper East Side clinic.

Compensation:

• Competitive hourly rate based on experience and expertise.
