We&rsquo;re scaling fast in the U.S. and looking for our first Partner Account Manager in the market &mdash; a hands-on, strategic operator ready to shape our partner ecosystem and accelerate growth.The RoleYou&rsquo;ll lead and grow FaceUp&rsquo;s strategic partnerships with major HCM and compliance platforms like BambooHR, Rippling, Deel, or Vanta, along with compliance consultants who act as value-added resellers.This is a senior individual contributor role focused on what you do best &mdash; building relationships, driving revenue, and bringing joint go-to-market plans to life. You&rsquo;ll work closely with Product, Marketing, and Enablement teams but spend most of your time where it counts &mdash; with partners.The Challenges That Await YouOwn Key Partnerships You&rsquo;ll be the go-to commercial contact for our top HCM and compliance technology partners &mdash; including BambooHR, Rippling, Deel, Vanta, and other providers in our growing ecosystem.
