The ideal candidate should have experience in billing, BOQ preparation, variation tracking, consultant submissions, and maintaining organized project documentation.Key ResponsibilitiesQuantity SurveyingPrepare BOQs, quantity take-offs, and material estimationsPrepare monthly IPCs, payment applications, and subcontractor evaluationsTrack variations, additional works, and claimsCompare supplier and subcontractor quotationsAssist in procurement coordination and cost controlMaintain project cost records and reportsDocument ControlMaintain drawing logs, submission trackers, and revision recordsHandle transmittals, consultant submissions, and approval recordsOrganize project documentation and correspondence systematicallyTrack pending approvals and consultant commentsEnsure proper document filing and version controlRequirementsBachelor&rsquo;s Degree / Diploma in Civil Engineering or Quantity SurveyingMinimum 3&ndash;5 years UAE villa construction experienceStrong knowledge of BOQ, billing, and documentation processesExperience handling consultant submissions and project coordinationGood knowledge of Excel, AutoCAD, and construction documentationOrganized and detail-orientedImmediate joiners preferredJob Types: Contract, Permanent Contract length: 24 monthsPay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
